I've lived it.
Curley Commercial grew out of my experience building HotSpot from a startup to a company of 75 people, including 35 in Fredericton. As we grew, what we needed from our office kept changing. We had to think about security, technology, how the space worked day to day, and how to support customers across Canada and internationally. Finding the right space was only part of it; we often had to find the right people to solve problems that didn’t fit neatly into a landlord’s job description.
That experience shapes how I approach Curley Commercial. I want to provide practical, functional office space and help tenants solve the issues that come with growing a business. The goal is simple: give your team a place that works, so you can focus on your customers and the work you’re there to do.
